Mould maintenance, repair and modification at our Barcelona workshop. We work with you to assess the work required, taking into account the condition of your mould and your production needs.

Technical services at our Barcelona workshop
We assess the condition of your mould and agree the necessary work with you. Our Barcelona workshop offers over 1,500 m² of facilities, equipped to machine, repair and modify mould components, including those of large moulds.
Equipment to service your mould
CNC machining
Working dimensions: 3,200 × 2,100 × 762 mm.
Machining of cavities, plates, inserts and components.
Sinker EDM
Working dimensions: 2,000 × 1,000 × 800 mm.
Machining of complex mould geometries and fine details.
Deep-hole drilling
Drilling depths of up to 3,000 mm.
Drilling of cooling channels and other holes required in the mould.
Laser and TIG welding
Weld build-up to restore damaged areas or carry out modifications.
Handling and assembly
Lifting capacity: up to 35 tonnes.
Dual-hook overhead crane rated at 25 + 10 tonnes for combined lifting operations.
Mould closure checks on the die spotting press
Pressing force: up to 600 tonnes.
Working dimensions: 3,400 × 1,500 mm.
We check the fit between the mould halves and correct contact between their mating surfaces in our workshop.
