Engineering and development
We assess the component, materials and manufacturing requirements. Working with you, we develop a solution that takes into account its function, how it will be manufactured and how it will fit into the finished product.
Moulds and tooling
We define the mould and tooling requirements and coordinate their manufacture, selecting the right manufacturing approach for the project’s technical requirements, lead times and scope.
Component production
We coordinate component production using compression and injection moulding, with manufacturing options in Europe and Asia. Together, we select the most suitable approach based on technical requirements, production volumes, lead times and project logistics.
Assembly and delivery
We coordinate assembly, finishing and the agreed quality checks, as well as preparing the product for shipment and arranging delivery logistics.
