Mould manufacturing
We manufacture moulds at our Barcelona workshop and through a network of specialist partners in Asia. We assess each project with you to determine the most suitable manufacturing approach for the component, material and production process.
Every project requires a tailored solution. We work with you to define the scope and mould requirements, staying closely involved throughout development, manufacturing and delivery.

Compression moulds
These moulds shape material under pressure in a closed mould, typically at a controlled temperature. They are used to manufacture components from composites such as SMC and BMC, among other materials, for industries including automotive, electrical equipment and sanitaryware.
Plastic injection moulds
Molten plastic is injected into the mould cavity, where it cools and takes the shape of the component. These moulds produce technical components, housings and other parts for industries including automotive, electrical equipment, household appliances and consumer goods.
Aluminium die casting dies
El aluminio fundido se introduce a presión en un molde metálico para obtener piezas con geometrías complejas. Se emplean para fabricar carcasas, soportes y otros componentes destinados a automoción, iluminación, electrónica y maquinaria industrial, entre otros sectores.
Gravity casting moulds for composites
A mixture of resin and fillers is poured into the mould and takes its shape as it cures, without high-pressure injection. Applications include washbasins, shower trays and other sanitaryware and decorative products.
