Laser and TIG welding
Equipment for drilling deep holes, including cooling channels in moulds.
Weld build-up to restore damaged areas and modify mould components.
Handling and assembly
Die spotting press
Three overhead cranes rated at 25 + 10, 20 and 16 tonnes, supported by workshop equipment for mould handling and assembly.
Equipment for checking mould closure and contact between mating surfaces, allowing precise fitting before production trials.
